Hi everyone! So, I wanted to provide a video of me talking to you guys about my purpose of my new blog site but it is not allowing me to upload it. :-( That's okay- we are going to keep going!
I wanted to fully introduce myself so that you can get a glimpse of my personality and get an understanding for my purpose of starting a blog. My name is Kendria Nacol. As you can tell, NaCol (Nay Cole) is my middle name. I always wanted to start a blog since I was eighteen years old - that's a whole decade. WOW! I just wanted to do something that will allow me to write out my thoughts and for me to just be ME. Sometimes I feel that no one understands me, nor understands my personality. Frankly, I don't think people actually knows the true me. I also felt that it's time for me to start thinking about myself. I am the type of person that always think about others and forget about my needs and wants. Well, that is going to change!
What you are going to see on this site is series of different things. One, I want to advertise small business. If you are in the Houston area, please let someone know that I am going to advertise their business! All you have to do is just send me a message on my site, and I would have a schedule ready of when your business will be highlighted. If your outside of Texas and have a website, or allow shipping of your services or products, please let me know as well. You would also see posts about traveling, my life, and also me doing new things that I am starting to get an interest in. ;-) There are a lot more things I want to pursue showcase on this site but in due time. When that time comes, you are going to see more things progress on the site but for right now, it will just be for blogging.
I remember about two years ago I was in graduate school, I was taking an Organizational Management class and it was a group project that was involved. I had to record a video speaking on the topic of Organization Structure for Google. After I finished the video I made another video for myself. It was basically telling me to continue to PUSH for things I want to do, meaning blogging and a few more ventures. The funny thing is that I COMPLETELY forgot about this video! I got a little emotional after viewing it because it is basically showing me that it is MY time now. It was my confirmation that it is time to get things going for myself and not look back. I am doing what I want to do, finally, and I am going to enjoy every minute of it.
